Confirm that I have S-795-34?

Could you confirm and/or offer any suggested additional replacement parts other than parts S-795-34, option C and part 14-195? If there any installation instructions or videos, that would be helpful. Also, what size of cord is needed? Thanks

Thanks for the information and photos. Your balance does happen to look like our Series 795 channel balance. However, I can't really tell how it attaches at the top. If it attaches with a hook instead of a screw tab, it will have to be specially made.
