Confusion about the Length of Balance Channels

Home Owner from NH
I am attempting to order some replacement Balance Channels for some Walters tilt-in double hung windows, from 1988, that have compression jamb liners. It would seem that the Series S751 with the 15-014 shoes are the correct ones, however, I am confused about the length. The only markings on my balance channels are similar to the ones in the picture I am attaching to this message, however, I am not sure if this indicates the length I am supposed to order because the ones with the 24 are actually 25 inches in length. The windows that have a 16 on them are actually 17 in length, and so on. There are no markings for the 'strength'. The weight of the sashes for the balance channel that has the 24 on it are: Top = 14.9 lbs. Bottom: 13.3 lbs. I want to be sure that I am ordering the correct length and strength for each one before I place my order.
Thank You.

Hello,

It looks like you would need the S751-25 channel balances. Based on your stamp and sash weights, you'll need 24R strength options to support a sash between 10-18 lbs. Keep in mind that the stamp code is used to determine the spring calibration, not the length. Look it over and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
