Constant Coil Balance

Question

I have Alside Excalibur windows. The coil balance has broke on both jambs. I can not find a weight etched on the coil. The only thing that is on it is a lower case k. So, I am not sure which coil to purchase. I will also need 1 replacement cam and 2 replacement pivot bars. It looks like the balance shoe that matches up to mine would be your Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

Good afternoon, and thanks for posting! It looks like you have something similar to our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. Does that look about right? Make sure to compare its dimensions to your own hardware to find out. If so, you should also see our Series 152 Coil Spring. I also recommend our 15-144 Coil Bushing and our 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. As for the pivot bar, it's a bit hard for me to make out without seeing one that is undamaged and separate from the pivot shoe, but look at our 26-226 and 26-352 and see if either of these could work for you.
