Thanks for getting back to us. We have come across this coil balance assembly in the past but, unfortunately, we carry the same 3/8" wide coils that are used with it. With that being said, we have recommended the Series 140 as a possible replacement depending on how the dimensions below compare to yours. If it's a match, I would recommend weighing your window sash to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances.
