Constant Force Balance

I have a double hung window (I do not know the brand) where the lower half has broken coils or springs. It is the part that helps lift the window. From what I have found searching, it is called a constant force balance. I was able to remove the window, and I can get to the broken part (and I think it is only the actual spring that is broken). Either way, I need to get parts to fix. Both sides are broken. Of note, there is no cut out section for me to remove the part to replace. I have attached pictures of the broken parts, both left and right. The only markings I can see are 10 L and 10 R. I need to know what to otder to repair.

This coil assembly has a similar appearance to the Series 161 Roller-Tilt balance. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, carefully compare the specifications below. If they are a match, you'll need the S161-10.
The bracket, in the window track, is the 16-030 Clear Bracket.

In regard to removing/installing the hardware, since there isn't a cutout you may have to make them. There is also the option of using the jamb spreader method. I've included two video tutorials below with instructions on how to do both.
