The 15-199 comes to mind for your shoe, but you will have to remove the old one to confirm whether the thickness and width align. 

The 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 are the compatible springs, but you'll have to measure the width of the old spring band to confirm the best match. There should also be weight codes stamped on the old springs.
