This balance shoe appears to be the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

I'm confident we can recommend a replacement for the pivot bar but I'll need to see an undamaged one to determine the correct match.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 152 Coil Balance Shoe. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal channel. If there isn't one, please see the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coil weight option.

If the cover is in good working condition, it would be advised to reuse it. Should you find your need to replace them, you'll need the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145.
