Hello,

Your balance shoe resembles the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 or 16-031 mounting bracket. I would recommend removing your balance assembly from the window to confirm that the specifications of our parts match up to yours. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!

So just to be clear for one window I would order 4 X S180 springs and 2 each of the housings (15-086 and 15-087) ?

Yes, that would be correct based on your photos, which show two coil springs. You'll also need to remove and locate the stamp code printed on each coil to choose the corresponding strength options.
