The housing completely disintegrated from dry rot when I removed. (Pile of plastic)
Pat# 5,704,165 (shoe)
Pat# 5,232,208 (coil spring)

Please tell me what parts to order.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-199, which is compatible with the Series 160 and Series 165, depending on the width of your coils. Also, see the related items section of the coil product page, which will tell you which covers are compatible. Thanks for posting.
