I need to replace the coil balance on a replacement window it will not stay open. I want to replace both left and right. What do I need?

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review for a replacement, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see clear images of the pivot shoe that the coils attach to. Seeing the pivot shoe will help us determine the Series you need. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your balance resembles the S161-10 coil balance assembly with the 16-031 bracket. Is the second coil in the picture broken off from the original or does your window use a double coil set up? If a double assembly, this series uses the Series 180 coil springs. For a double coil assembly, the 15-086 can be used.
