Converting from Crossbow Balance

A quick learner from USA says:
I need help ordering a series 795 Channel Balance to replace a series 850 Crossbow Balance. My problem is I can not accurately measure the existing balance because it fell apart. I tried measuring a different window and the balance also fell apart.

I believe I will need a 24" Series 795 Channel Balance

Window: H-R25-46x77
Sash weighs 16 lbs

Height of visible glass: 23"

Plastic tube in attached pic 23"
Metal spring in attached pic 9 1/4"

T-shaped shoe 9 1/4"

Thanks for your patience during this busy summer. Based on the description of the window specs and the size of the old balance, I would recommend the 24" long S795-24 with a 24C stamp option.

The video below will show you how you can convert this for use with your window.
