Cool balance holder broken

A home owner from Grove City, Ohio says:

The plastic portion that screws into the trim has broken. Looks like a triple coil balance but I'm not sure. I can't see a part number or weight spec either. Any help would be great!

We believe you have a Egress 3/8" coil spring balance system. The pivot shoe we believe is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick, so you can use the 15-228 . The triple support coil spring cover is 15-205 and the 3/8" wide coil springs are Series 165 . You will need to remove your old balance system by unscrewing the housing and pulling out the pivot shoe and coil springs through the cut out in your window track.
