Cool balance holder broken

A home owner from Grove City, Ohio says:

The plastic portion that screws into the trim has broken. Looks like a triple coil balance but I'm not sure. I can't see a part number or weight spec either. Any help would be great!

We believe you have a Egress 3/8" coil spring balance system. The pivot shoe we believe is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick, so you can use the 15-228. The triple support coil spring cover is 15-205 and the 3/8" wide coil springs are Series 165. You will need to remove your old balance system by unscrewing the housing and pulling out the pivot shoe and coil springs through the cut out in your window track.
