We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see your balance assembly removed from the window, which is not visible in your photo. We'll relate a few videos to help you get started, depending on the type of balance system that your window uses. Thank you!

You can start by comparing the specifications of the 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the S152 coil springs and other parts shown under the related items section of the product page, to your original assembly. 

As for removing your hardware, see the video below showing the cutout method. You may want to have someone assist you since it will be tricky maneuvering your sash with broken pivot bars. On that note, I'd also recommend removing an undamaged pivot bar from one of your windows to compare to the 26-466.
