Unidentified window mfgr., and I need a replacement coil balance shoe. Measures 1.5" tall, 3/4" wide, and 1/2" depth. I also included a pic of the T-pivot bar, any suggestions on what that is? I need a new one of those too. Pivot bar measures 2 1/4" long, 5/16" wide, 3/4" between the holes, and the first hole is 1 1/4" from the T. Any suggestions?

We have the newer 26-316 tilt bar, which has a rounded end with a ring. It should work with your pivot current undamaged shoes.
As for replacing the damaged shoe, I need a bit more information. Please recheck the width and thickness of the shoe. You should remove it from the window before you measure to make sure it's as accurate as possible. The reason I ask this is because I believe you could have either our 15-175 or 15-177 pivot shoe, but their width is 1-1/4".
