Sash locks: 38-097
Operator: 39-013
Are these the correct parts? All the measurements seem to
line up with what I have. Thanks-Patrick

Hello! Yes, those are exactly the parts I would pick for this window. Just note that the 38-097 won't be compatible with your old keeper; with that in mind, you also need the new 38-079.
