Hello I recently ordered truth 39-317 and 39-318 cranks from you as a replacement for the above attached pictured cranks for my very large casement window and they are too short to close the windows fully. The attached pictures show the ones that properly close the window but they keep failing and pulling the operators apart from the middle causing the gears not to engage. Not sure if a different operator is better but I definitely need the proper replacement to be able to use the window until those operators fail again.
