Correct shoe to replace attached photo piece

A quick learner from Cuyahoga Falls Ohio says:
I believe the windows are alsides. Looking for the replacement shoe per attached. Don't heed the spring top piece unless recommended.

Thanks for posting. This exact shoe was recently discontinued. However, we believe our 15-177 might work as a substitute. It has the same type of cam lock so it should be compatible with your window's pivot bar; it should have the same width and thickness (see below for comparison), and it is compatible with the same type of coil springs, our Series 152. I haven't personally yet used one of these to replace the discontinued shoe, so I can't totally guarantee it will work, but it is our best option for you. Take a look and see what you think. Also, if the old coil spring and housing assembly is undamaged, you should indeed be able to reuse it. Let me know if you have further questions.
