Hey there. This looks a bit like the 82-005 Handle Set. Please compare. If you need an outside key handle, see the 82-306 sold separately. I am afraid these parts only come in one finish. I apologize for the inconvenience. Let us know if you have questions.

Does the part include the keeper? I also need that part

Yep, as stated on the 82-005 shop page, this handle set comes with a keeper and installation screws.
