Could you tell me if I have picked the right channel balance (Photos included)

It appears you have either our S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes attached with a 1-3/32" deep shoe. It's hard to make out accurate dimensions from pictures so you'll need to use your best judgement and measure as shown below. You will also need the 2730 strength option, based on your 27 3 stamp.
