Need a counter balance assembly for a 3x5 Pennco window. Part says 27C. Overall 28" long.

I believe you need our 28" Series 770 with the 62-105 Hook attached on the bottom. We can provide this for you via custom order. Your stamp suggests you might need the new balances to have the stamp option of 28C, which indicates they can support a sash in the weight range of 18 through 23 pounds. Does that seem right to you? Weigh the window sash if you're unsure. If everything is good to go, I just sent you an email with a custom link to order a pair of these balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
