Hope you can identify the part I need with these photos. The metal channel is 20" long 1/2" wide.

Thanks for posting! Your balances are either the S380-21 with a 1" shoe or the S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll want to double check the length of the metal channel as this will determine the stamp you'll need to select for your balances.

To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

Let me know if it does not match either measurement. You'll need to select the 2050 stamp for a window weighing 23 to 27lbs.
