Counter balance cam lock

Contractor from Dublin, Ohio
I ordered the Gray part from you thinking it would work but the shaft is wider than the original broken part as illustrated in the pic. Looks like it would work in all other areas. Do you have a replacement that would work or do I need to order counter balance's that work with the cam lock that I ordered. The existing counter balances are approx 28" long with a hook on the end of the string.
The Gray one is 1/2" while the the original tan one is 7/16".

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to confirm the type of T-lock shoe you need. If you could show us the front of your original shoe, as well as the part of the balance channel where it is attached, we can go from there. Thank you!

Thank you for the additional pictures,

Your original metal channel is a different style where the bottom of the metal curves in. Although, the 15-229 appears similar, it will not fit in your original balance.

Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-236 T-lock shoe. It also has a 1/2" depth, but this is the only option we have that fits the curved channel. Double check dimensions below to see what you think!

If you wanted to use the 15-229 shoe, you would need to replace the channel balances as well with the Series 795. Please note that the stock Series 795 balances come with a screw clip to install. If you need the hook at the top, we would need to custom assemble them for you.

Let me know what you think!

Looks like the 15-236 will work fine with what we have. Thanks so much.
