Counter balance window part

Hey there!  Your channel balances look a lot like our S380-18 and S385-18 with a 1740 stamp. To confirm which series is the correct one for your window, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below for reference. The measurement should be either 1" or 1-3/32", however, if it differs please let me know.
