Counter balancer info

Question

Hi, just double checking that I am picking the correct parts? I think I need two s140 12lb balancers. The one in the pictures measures thickness of 9/16", width 1 5/16" and length with shoe is 4 9/16". Also wondering if my pivot bar is going to fit into the s140 shoe? This is a single hung tilt window by the way.

I live in ottawa, canada will there be any issues shipping to canada?

Hi Ron,

I agree that the S140-12 looks like a match to yours but I would recommend removing your hardware to confirm that the width and thickness match up to the measurements shown on our product page. As for your pivot bars, I see no reason why your old ones wouldn't work with the S140 as long as the dimensions and specifications match up. Thanks for posting!
