Part 1. I have a 27" by 53" window where the counter weight system has failed on both sides. I would like replacement parts or a new system that would work for this window.
Part 2. Is the top right hand side latch.

Hello,
Your old-style rod balance is no longer made, but you can use the S795 channel balances as long as your original balance spring measures 1/2" in diameter. See the full conversion process below.
We may be able to help with your tilt latches as well, but we would need to see an intact version removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
