There are no markings on my counterbalances besides the text shown in one of the images. It looks like they might be S380 or S385 but the way the pulley attaches through the hook looks slightly different.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'll need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle of the balance to determine the correct replacement. It should be attached to the bottom of the spring.

Thanks for the requested photo. It looks like either the S380-28 or the S385-28 would be the best options. To narrow down the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe.
