Counterbalance spring
Thanks for your post! While the coil balance spring you have is similar to a few in our inventory, it isn't quite an exact match. There is a chance we can provide you with a replacement for it but I'll need to see a photo of the other compatible hardware to confirm. Especially the balance shoe.

The view of the hardware is obstructed by the window sash and the frame, so it is difficult to determine the exact hardware you have. From what I can see, it looks like you have a shoe similar to the one here.
We do not have a direct replacement for what you have but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe may work as a suitable alternative. I cannot make any guarantees but take a look over the dimensions below and compare them.
These shoes are compatible with our Series 152 Coil Balances. Since your spring is marked with an 8, you'll need the S152-8. The 33-072 screw can be used to secure the balance spring to the shoe.
The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel can be used for the cover/support.
