Cracked GU Operator

Thanks for posting. It looks like the entire casement operator is damaged and needs to be replaced. Now unfortunately, GU operators have been discontinued and are no longer available; but we still might have a substitute that could work for you. To have a better idea if that's the case, can you remove the operator from the window and show us its entirety, including the link arm(s)? From there, we'll have a better idea if we can help you.
