Thanks for writing in! We may be able to provide you with a recommendation for your operator but I'll need to see a few more details to determine the best match.
May I see a photo of the end of the arm(s)? It is important to see exactly how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash. I'll also need to see a clearer photo of how the base of the operator mounts to the window sill.

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe you may be able to use the 39-138 and 39-139 9-1/2" Single Arm Crank Operators or the 39-466 and 39-467 Front Mount Crank Operators to replace your operators.
You'll want to be sure that your operator has the same style wheel attached to the arm to ensure that it will fit into the track installed to the bottom of the window sash. If not, you may also need the 39-504 SS 13-3/4" Channel Guide.
