I have the same issue as the above post. My crank handle broke off and won?t close window. Do you still sell these?

Your entire operator is defective, since that gear came out. Open the window or remove the operator to show us the arms, and we can identify it.

Thanks for getting back to us. Looks like you have a rear mount casement window operator. See our 39-023 for a possible replacement option. It's important just to make sure the arm length is the same, I'm not sure what yours is.
