Crank arms

Hello.
I am across this thread and I am needing to replace the arms on some of my cranks, both some right and some left. My cranks are that same as your diagram model 39-140 other than one exception. As you pointed out to pay attention to the length. What I found out is the short arm on my cranks are only 3 3/4". The number I show on the short arm that I believe came when the windows where installed is 20755 (if that helps). The long are lenght you show matches. Thoughts on where I could find an arm were the short arm is only 3 3/4"? Thank you in advance, Ryan

It sounds like you may be looking for the 39-155 and 39-156 operators, which have shorter 3-13/16" long link arms compared to the Entrygard operators mentioned in the other customer's thread.
