Crank handle part replacement

We have a window with a stripped crank that won't open with turning. The metal extension rod is labeled "Entry Gard TRUTH'. With the number 20610. I haven't removed any pieces of the handle from the window. Can you tell me what part(s) I need to be able to operate the crank-open/close feature.

Start by taking a look at our 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156 operators. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see which ones match up to your original assembly.
