The numbers listed are 40471 on the base. 30841L on the short are and 30470 L. H. On the long arm. What should I order to replace it?

The best match will depend on the length of the link arm so I recommend you review the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to confirm which one aligns with what you're looking for.
