Crank is stripped

Crank is stripped & slips while cranking & won't shut window
Please confirm the replacement I will need to purchase.

Take a look at SWISCO product code 39-013, casement operator, to see if it matches up to the one in your photo. You would need to remove it completely from the window to positively identify the part.
