Hello,

I can't be sure without seeing the entire operator assembly but the 39-333 and 39-334 come to mind. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours. If it's a match, we also offer the 39-107FK handle and cover kit used with both assemblies. Thanks for posting!

I was wrong window locks on the left so would be left operator?  Says it's a Entry Gard Truth #30849, main crank is 6 & 7/8's, 2 & 7/8's.  Thanks

The gears of your operator are mounted on the left side of the base like the 39-334 but I'm not sure what part of the operator your measurements are referring to. If the arms match the measurement shown in our diagram, you should be good to go.

I measured the arms, not the same as your 10"

These operators do not normally come with different-sized straight arms. If you could write out your exact length from the center of the base to the end of the arm as shown in our photo, we'll be happy to confirm if a closer match is available.

I'm having a similar issue as above. The distal short arm is 2 13/16 like the 39-333 and 39-334, but the long arm is 9 3/8. The short arm is stamped 30849 on the inner arm and the long arm is stamped 30470 LH

We unfortunately don't sell an operator with those specifications. Can you kindly double check to ensure you're measuring it exactly as we show in the diagram below? If so, can you please remove it from the window and show us a photo of the operator by itself and without obstruction?
