Take a look at the 39-317 operator. The link arm for this is 3-1/2", but it looks like your arm is longer. What you could do is try to adjust the stud bracket to make up the difference. We can't promise this will work, but it's worth considering at least. Review the specifications and see what you think.

If that doesn't work, you'll need to remove the old operator's arm and swap it with the new one. To do this, you will need the 62-014B rivet. Start by placing the elbow of the link arm on a metal plate. Then, hammer the rivet until the thinner end mushrooms out and securely locks it in place.
