Crank operator inquiry

Question

I purchased the second one with the offset in the other direction.  The good news is works for 80% of the process, the bad news is the little arm reaches the end of its travel (first image)  before the window is closed (second image).We need this right?  LOL.   Anyway, the one thing I can see that is different is the original has about 4 inch small arm, this one is shorter.  This one installed easily and the longer are still has a few inches of travel in the slot remaining, so I do not think it is it.   Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! I believe we may need to start from the beginning to identify the correct replacement operator for your window.

The operators we carry that are closest to the 4" measurement you mentioned are the 39-031 (which has a 4-7/16" arm) and the 39-155 (which has a 3-13/16" arm). So determine which of these is the correct fit, it would be best to obtain the measurement for the short link arm.

Do you have the original operator from the window? If so, please send a photo of it, in addition to double checking the measurement of the arms.
