I'm seeking a 9 1/2" arm crank operator as shown in the attached images.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would like to see a direct top-down photo of the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. It would also help if you could release the arm that attaches to the sash from the track that it rides in. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles our 39-333 and 39-334. The determining factor will be the 2-13/16" length of the shorter link arm compared to the image below. We've also related the compatible handle and cover options on this page. We also offer the 36-048 hinge set if those parts need to be replaced as well.
