Crank operator replacement

Question

I believe I'm needing a casement operator & crank. Both seem to be stripped and I'm thinking this model 39-028E might be correct. It is a Norco window from 2000 & the hardware is marked 'Truth'. Can you direct me to be sure? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in. The 39-028E and its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-027E, are certainly possibilities; it's tough to say for sure without removing the operator from the window and properly measuring the straight arm. The 39-205 Crank handle works with these operators. It looks like you might need a new hinge set as well; see if the 36-048 matches what you need.
