When that worm gear pops out with the handle, I'm afraid that means the entire window operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We can help with this, but I need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s). From there I'll do my best to find a match for you. Many thanks.

I hope this helps, getting freezing weather here and would be nice to be able to open window when cooking! Thanks!

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks like either the 39-031 & 39-032 type operators, or the 39-155 & 39-156. The difference between these two sets is the length of the link arms, so compare the dimensions we list on the shop pages to see which type matches best. For a new handle and cover, see the 39-114L and 39-107

Does this help? I'm pretty sure it is 39-032. If so can you it to me with a handle and crank also? Thanks!

I am afraid I can't verify this from those codes alone. The most reliable way to determine which type you need is to obtain that link arm length. The 39-031 & 39-032 have a link arm length of 4-7/16", the 39-155 & 39-156 have a link arm length of 3-13/16". Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best.

All orders can be placed right through the online store. When you find a part you want, simply click "Add to Cart," and then click "Checkout" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity!
