Crank out residential window

There is a cylinder that had plastic coating on it and the plastic wore off. So now the arm falls out of the track. I don't know what exactly I need. Maybe there is a rubber that can be put on the cylinder. That would be the best solution but I don?t know if that is possible?

I am afraid I am not understanding when you say cylinder. Could you clarify that for us? In the meantime, your operator resembles both our 39-027E and 39-028E. If you are referring to a track, you may look at our 39-533 for consideration.

I need the crank and arm in white. The arm is 9".

Thanks for clarifying. Have you seen our 39-027E and 39-028E yet? These still look like our best options.
