Crank shift repair

Question

I have a crankshaft mechanism that appears to have gotten very old and does not work. I moved into this old house and there is nothing on the window that identifies it. I am sending you pictures so that we can replace the home mechanism and whatever else we need. Please write me back

Hi Sandra. See our 39-031 & 39-032, or our 39-155 & 39-156. These operator types are very similar, save for differences in the link arm length. Compare each set with your old hardware to determine which you need. In either case, for a new cover and handle see our 39-107 and 39-114L.
