Crank to open and close window

Unable to open or close window window due device that operates those functions has separated.
Also window will not stay closed when it's windy.

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-317 and 39-318 operators to yours. We also offer the 39-513 and 39-514 stud brackets. If you need new hinges as well, see the 36-048. Thank you!
