Crank window

Question

Hi, my casement window does not fully close and it also has the crank shaft to operate opening and closing of the window. Could you please help assist with the matter? If there's a way to determine whether a full window replacement is needed or just the crank operator replacement is needed it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there. Is the window operator able to wind the window open, but cannot close it? If so, that's typically a sign the operator should be replaced. This might be our 39-315, but please compare with the dimensions below to ensure it matches what you have. For a handle, see the 39-114L.
