Crank window - arm assembly for Crestline Window

This is a crank window -arm assembly for Crestline Window that has the name Entry Gard and the name Truth next to it engraved in the metal. The arm itself has a broken round plastic piece that needs to be replaced and has the # 30470 LH engraved on it.
Can you please assist?

This operator is similar in design to our 39-155 and 39-156. However, please carefully review the dimensions we show on each product's store page to confirm that everything matches up.
