It's tough to be sure with the operator still installed, but it's similar to the 39-067. Unforutnately, the opposite-handed version shown in your photos was discontinued. Our best option would be to see if you could reuse the link arm and rivet it onto the 39-187 if the rest of the measurements and base arm orientation match yours.
