Not sure the part number for it. It's for bay window. I do have a window locking mechanism that was part number 38-013 if that helps.

From this angle, I can't see your operator arms to tell which operator you need. Can you at least open the window to show the arms and the gears at the same time?

I believe you have either the 39-155 and the 39-156 operators used on Caradco windows. Take a look at the operators to see which way you need them handed along with the related hardware and videos.

Hint: match your crank to one of the two by looking at it from inside your window and determine which side the cogs are on.
