Cranks for Casement Window

A quick learner from West Bloomfield, MI says:
Just bought an older home, and two windows appear to be ok...just can't open well..trying to locate parts to fix...thanks

Hello! The lock in your second picture is an older version of our 38-097 and 38-098. These should work for you, though you'd also need a new keeper since they won't work with the old one; I recommend our 38-079.

As for the operator, it's tough to say but see our 39-027E and 39-028E to start with. These are a good bet but you may want to review our dimensions and photos just to be sure they match.

You also mention these windows don't open. There could actually be a lot of different culprits, and I can't be sure which one. A good way to rule out the different possibilities is to disconnect the operator arm and try to open and close the window by hand. If it opens fine, then the operator is the reason it's not working and it has to be replaced. If you still can't open it, come back to me and we'll do some more detective work.
