Creation windows sash support block and tackle rods

Thanks for writing in. Block & Tackle rod balances have been discontinued; but we should be able to replace them with Channel Balances. To do this, we will need to see one of your own Block & Tackle rods removed from the window, with photographs of the bottom attachment and the top that installs to the jamb track.
