Hello! Do you think you could use 15-104? It looks roughly the same.

This is the piece at the base of a Cresline sash balance spring. The spring connects to the tab (at left in the picture) and the window is supported by the plastic piece the sticks out from the other end (left in the pictures). This is from a Cresline double hung, tilt in window purchased in the mid 90s.
